Transition from the consolidated Formal Core toward a more publication-ready and visually explicit review version.

Principal developments

• Paired T–Q diagrams sharpened the actual-versus-reversible comparison by differentiating an irreversible state from its configured benchmark and temperature trajectories.
• Scope, claim strength, sign conventions, cycle direction and system boundaries were disciplined further, with clearer separation of established relations, proposed operationalization and benchmark qualification.
• Presentation and review readiness improved for the later application and evidence architecture. Figures, examples and transitions became more consistent without implying independent validation.
